Summer is upon us!
We here at Beachum & Roeser would like to wish you a happy upcoming 4th of July, and for all to have a safe and healthy summer season!!

Dear Valued Customers at Governor's Place:

We are pleased to formally announce that Bloomfield Hills Parkway will be completely renovated beginning on or about May 1, 2008. The entire parking surface will be removed and will be replaced with asphalt and curbing. The project is scheduled for completion before the Woodward Dream Cruise in August.

The parkway will be closed in three stages starting from west to east (from Woodward Avenue). You will have complete access to the building as the full entrance will never be completely closed i.e. stage one will stretch from Woodward Avenue to the west half of the property entrance. Stage two will begin at the east side or the entrance leaving the west side open. The last stage will start near the curve and will continue to the Long Lake entrance.

Finally, please note that you will not see any increase in your rent or be responsible for any special assessment as the cost for the project is an approved City of Bloomfield Hills budget item.
